Join Us this year as we celebrate our HEROES!

 Home and Heart, Racquet and Jog and Phoenix Osteopractic Physical Therapy wanted to make a special effort to celebrate and honor our own community's first-responders.

Heroes’ Day will be an all-day event at McLendon-Chisholm City Hall in Rockwall, TX, on Saturday, September 24th. Police, Fire, EMT and County Sheriffs and Deputies have been specially invited to attend this event with their families. We are honored to announce that all proceeds for this event will be going to "Fire in Texas" a scholarship in fallen Fate DPS Fireman Clifford Haney's name.

We also want to welcome the community to join in as well to help us honor and celebrate these brave men and women for the service they render to all of us, each and every day.

​

The day will commence at 7:00 AM with a 5K, 10K, and half marathon through McLendon-Chisholm.

​

There will be a Kid’s Field Day and a 'Heroes' Day Fitness Challenge. We invite any individuals in the community who would like to test their skill, strength, and stamina against our community’s finest to also register for the competition. There will be a prize awarded for the Grand Champion in the 'Heroes' Day Fitness Challenge.

 

There will be live music, food trucks and bounce houses available throughout the day.
